Classic City Bins Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Classic City Bins, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Agreement

a.Service Schedule: Classic City Bins will provide residential trash bin cleaning services according to the agreed-upon schedule, as specified in the service plan selected by the customer.

b.Payment Terms:Payment for services is due in full upon completion of each cleaning appointment. Recurring services will be billed automatically according to the agreed-upon billing cycle.

c.Cancellation Policy:Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to [number of days] days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within [number of days] days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Service Details

a.Bin Cleaning Process:Classic City Bins will clean residential trash bins using environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods to ensure thorough sanitation and odor elimination.

b.Bin Access:Customers are responsible for providing access to their trash bins on the scheduled service date. If access is not available, the cleaning appointment may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.

c.Service Limitations:Classic City Bins reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the condition of the trash bins poses a safety risk to our staff or if the bins are deemed unsuitable for cleaning.

4. Liability

Classic City Bins is not liable for any damages to property or injuries that occur during the provision of our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of our company.

5. Customer Responsibilities

a.Bin Maintenance:Customers are responsible for maintaining their trash bins between cleaning appointments, including removing excess debris and securing lids to prevent contamination.

b.Notification of Issues:Customers must promptly notify Classic City Bins of any concerns or issues regarding the quality of service or the condition of their trash bins.

6. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Classic City Bins, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the customer's use of our services.

7. Modifications

Classic City Bins reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email or website notification.
